November/December Craft Group

I want to switch things up and bit and do something different than my comfort and normal wood, paint and vinyl craft.  Last year I made this Santa wreath for my front door.  Amazingly it wasn't hard to do.  So I thought I would offer for all of you.  We will be making on a 16" ring but overall will be about 18-20" wide.  We will be attaching the burlap a little different than the one in the picture. But it will look nearly the same.

May Craft Group

I am so excited for summer so we can hang out at the ball park and the pool all day.  I love the month of July not only because of the 4th and the 24th but because it is also my birthday!! For this months craft we are going to be painting this flag.  I can't wait to put this out on my porch.  It would also look good leaned up against something or even hung on the wall.  The best part about this craft is that we will be using it for another holiday decoration.
 
I will be having the class on the last Thursday this month instead of Friday because my family will be at the ball field.  I LOVE SUMMER!!!!

April Craft Group

This month has been so busy for me.  Normally it isn't this busy until May but I haven't had any time to post this.  Sorry I am just getting this done for those of you wondering what we will be doing. 

I have been using DoTerra Essential Oils for the last year and have fallen in love with them.  I wanted to share them with you as well.  I will be holding different oil classes on our normal craft night ( last Friday of each month), therefore I won't have anything to make and take with you but some information that you may be interested in.

I am so excited to learn more about how essential oils can be used. I cant wait to learn the aroma touch technique. 

 I have so many favorites!!!! One for example is Helichrysum.  My littlest gets bloody noses often and sometimes will last for a long time.  After applying a very small drop onto the side or her nostril the blood stops within minutes.  I am a true believer!!

Another favorite is On Guard.  All winter long I diffused it into the air in my home and none of my family had the bad junk/sickness that went around about Christmas time.  I love to save my money and by not having to go the doctor and pay for medications makes my day!! I know I have saved tons of money!!!

March Craft Group

This month we will be making this BElieve THEre is GOOD in the world sign.  We will be making wood turn old and stenciling the letters.  The colors provided will be mustard and off white.  If you would like to bring your own paint your welcome to.  Dimensions are 22" tall and 30" long. 
Normally craft croup is on the last Friday of every month, but this month I am having it the last THURSDAY because of Easter weekend.

February Craft Group

We had such a fun time for last craft night.  I am so excited to have so many of you interested.  If anyone ever has an idea or would like to host a month let me know.  I would love everyones ideas. 

This month we are going to make a FAMILY RULES sign.  (I know some wanted to make BE THE GOOD, but I wanted to do it next month since it is really similar to the craft we did for January.) The dimensions are 12" wide and 3' tall.  Black paint will be provided with cream for the letters.  If you would rather have a different color you are welcome to supply your own paint.  If you need me to do the vinyl in another color because of this option just let me know when you sign up.

January Craft Group

I hope you all had a wonderful holiday season.  When it's cold outside and the holidays are over I get a little stir crazy and want to start crafting! For this months craft group we are going to make a Valentine's sign.  I love how it is neutral and you could use it in your bedroom or other areas.  You wouldn't need to only keep it up for Valentines.  I got the idea here.  Hope all of you are ready to start the new year full of crafting!!!
